Extremely poor customer service, antiquated check in system, they don't even accept virtual cards or tap and pay

particularly nickel and dimey, a parking fee daily added, rushed out of room under threat of paying another full day rate Sunday am. Wasnt permitted to use pool post checkout, lenghthy arduous check in process can't imagine had there been several folks .

Location. Walking distance to beach and shops. Was nice to have a 7-eleven nearby for snacks and drinks. Hotel itself was clean, rooms were spacious.

The best thing about this hotel was that it was a VERY short walk to the beach and restaurants.

I really disliked that my room didn't get cleaned each day. I had to ask for towels multiple times each day in order to take a shower. They said they would deliver and two days in a row, we waited over 6 hours each time for towels.

Paying for parking is just a hard thing to do. Id rather they charge an extra $15 a night then add on a parking charge. One elevator for the entire building was rough at times. Being on the 6th floor made it essential so next time Id ask for lower fl

Comfortable bed and room. Hotel employee provided warm service at front desk. Breakfast real fried eggs and sausage as well as make your own waffles. Location was excellent short two blocks from boardwalk and beach with nice restaurants walking distance.

More condiments, fruit and yogurt for breakfast for some variety.
