I paid extra to have a reservation with breakfast included. Upon check-in, I was told that my booking did not include breakfast. I had to show a screenshot of my reservation to prove otherwise, or I wouldn't have received my "free" breakfast.
The next day, I woke up around 9 AM and called the front desk to request a late check-out. Whoever picked up the phone didn't even let me finish asking before saying no, which I initially accepted. However, when I went downstairs to get my "free" breakfast at 10 AM (breakfast is served until 11 AM), the restaurant was full and only had one server for all the guests.
I waited 35 minutes just to be seated. Given the circumstances, I went to the front desk to request a late check-out again, explaining that it was impossible for me to leave by 11 AM when I had just been seated for breakfast. The front desk manager again refused my request.
My food was served around 10:50 AM, so I informed the front desk that I would not be checking out until I finished eating. It's not my problem if the hotel is full and has only one server for breakfast service. Normally, breakfast is the highlight of my hotel stays, but this experience was incredibly stressful. The front desk manager seemed inexperienced and unhelpful.
I will not be returning to this hotel, especially considering the many other options available in the area.

My son got bed bug bites on both of his arms - and also there wasn’t a bottle of body wash when we got there so I ended up going to the store to get some. I also asked for more towels because they only had 2 in the room. They only gave me 2 at a time when I had a family of 4 and we needed a lot more than just 2 a day.
