Positives:
The lines were too long, no where to sit. By the time I found seating my breakfast was cold. Not enough chefs for the amount of people they were serving. Not enough seating.
Negatives:
My reservation was for a balcony (that I could actually sit out on) but I got a view balcony that I could not even go out on. U paid for this and did not get it. The desk clerk was not attentive. She didn't give me the waters I had to go down and request them. The check out time is too late for guest to enjoy their day.

The hotel was nice, the rooms view was great. Breakfast was good, valet was good.
Negatives:
i think the tvs need to be upgraded, the second toilet had a problem flushing and there was construction happening at the time we stayed. The birds around the pool area are annoying also.
