Negatives: My reservation was for a balcony (that I could actually sit out on) but I got a view balcony that I could not even go out on. U paid for this and did not get it. The desk clerk was not attentive. She didn't give me the waters I had to go down and request them. The check out time is too late for guest to enjoy their day.

Negatives: i think the tvs need to be upgraded, the second toilet had a problem flushing and there was construction happening at the time we stayed. The birds around the pool area are annoying also.

Negatives: Parking situation

Negatives: The Birds, There were so many pigeons that landed on tables looking for a quick meal. We had to eat outside as the inside was packed. The birds cleared my breakfast plate and I was locked out of the free breakfast when we tried to complain to the front desk, all they did was tell me "Ya, their vicious", and that's all they did. No help at all...

Negatives: The structure is not safe. They are doing severe remodeling with the structure of the building. I paid for a wrap around balcony and what I got was half. There water coming thru the walls so there most be mold as well. I wan a refund.

Negatives: They were renovating the property and when I booked I paid extra for a balcony that I could sit on and see the beach from, I was given a room that I could not go out on the balcony because of the renovations. Was not pleased with the fact that sold a room they didn’t have. The property gave me free parking and waved the resort fee but it left a bad taste in my mouth. The receptionist was very off putting and even told me I should be able to go out on the balcony in the room he assigned. When I came to tell him that I was not able to he says oh I’ll just comp your parking and I asked to see if there was another room available and he said you can come talk to a manager if you want tomorrow… I didn’t want to spend my whole vacation in the lobby, so I just let it go. At check out I went to settle my charges and they initially left all the fees they told me they were going to take off. They did correct it but had I not gone to the desk that charge would have stayed. I have stayed here for about a decade and this was my first bad experience… I’m hopeful it was a one off and because of the renovations. Beyond that some elevators weren’t working and the ice machine was not working.

Negatives: Under construction

Negatives: Paid extra and specifically stayed here for a "sit down" balcony only to be notified upon arrival by a letter stating to keep your curtains closed for privacy while men are working on the balconies. Once you get into the room, they have notes posted that you can not access them at all. I called the manager and was told they could not move me into a room with access. The manager I spoke with was rude about it. It comes off Scammy to me not to notify people of a big feature you pay extra for that is not available.. Also, the parking is insane you pay 27 dollars to park with no space available and a parking garage that will take out a mirror if you don't be careful. Overall, it was disappointing.

Negatives: There was construction and the noise was unbearable.
