Nothing the beds were as hard as a rock place the floor in the carpet going to your room is all dirty they need to shampoo that rug a little girl threw up on the elevator so you had to tell the staff that needs to be cleaned up.

Its smelled really bad in the hall ways and then the room smelled like mold. The staff is never available. I feel like I was in jail.

Most of the staff was very friendly and attentive, 1 staff member was a complete loser. Unprofessional, argumentative and very disrespectful. I walk up to the front desk and she says you did not pay for yesterday & you dont have a reservatio.

I told hotel employee she was wrong and started to yell that I didnt pay and had no reservation, I showed her the receipt of payment and then she had no choice but to shut up, still kept saying that it was my problem and that I didnt make a reservation.

The hotel is literally the ghetto. So many negatives. The hall ways stunk so bad with the grossest odor. The corridor rug beyond filthy, gangs of people outside smoking ,fighting chillin. Pot smoking everywhere. Infested with roaches. Horrible breakfast if thats what you call it, ? smushed granola bars & sticky muffins. Signs everywhere stating the hotel isnt responsible for car break-ins (valuables) . 100s of cigarette butts thrown all over the front entrance & elsewhere. I booked for 3 nights so tried to stay in a good head but I would never go back here. Not when theres other options! This place just skeeved me out so bad. The odor in the halls was repulsive. The best thing was the staff if that ( one really great guy, others were okay) . The hotel didnt feel dangerous or scary but like a street party! Cars & trucks with groups of people. I think a lot of people live at this place. Not my vibe at all. My son infact had a roach crawl on his arm and he flung it with his phone. He was gonna sleep in my truck but we told him it was a cricket! Also some girl was outside randomly all 3 days so high, nodding out on her walker she sat on with one shoe on.

Nothing! Horrible smell in the hotel and bugs every where. People cook and smlees in your room. The carpets in the corridors are disgusting. The room chairs are like found on the street all the leather is ripped and old.
Negatives:
booked for two nights on Sunday the 6th and 7th and I checked in Om Sunday. $--- dollars for the nights. The hotel claims I never stayed in their hotel on the 6th and 7th and they don't refund $100 to my account.i will pursue further
