Poor customer service. Fly infested room. They advertised king room/bed but it’s really a double/queen size bed at best and when questioned they say this what the facility considers a king bed.

4 nights felt like a...
Positives:
The facility smelled fresh throughout. The room was modern, clean and well thought out. The shower was spacious with great water pressure.
Negatives:
There was some mix up with housekeeping during our 3 night stay, resulting in us having to wait in the lobby about 40 minutes for our room to be cleaned upon returning from the beach. The front desk staff was very kind and accommodating, and did what they could to make it right.
One housekeeping member was rude when my husband asked if our room was to be cleaned that day.
The bed pillows were small and too soft.

The room was large, big comfortable bed, two large televisions and a place to work. The bathroom was of good size and the water pressure was good.
Negatives:
I arrived at noon and worked in the lobby, but the noise the staff made at the reception desk was totally unacceptable and certainly did not convey a professional image or help me concentrate. I said I knew I had arrived early and understood I would need to wait, but at 3:56pm four minutes before the hotel's check-in time the room finally became available. I did not expect my room at noon, but really, it took four hours? The breakfast was also totally unacceptable for the price paid.
