There was too much road noise, there were people yelling in the hallway in the middle of the night, the room is too small, there are no overhead lights room is too dark, they need to have roaming security

The bed is so hard. I couldn't get quality sleep and woke up with achey back. This is the only thing that I can complain about. But

The location was great. Clean and not a hint of smoke.

We did not like the noise level outside of our room. There were individuals holding a conversation that lasted more than a hour in the corridor. The AC unit is the loudest unit I have experienced in my travels.
