Staff were very nice and location was great.

Room was very run down and not clean. Glass on pictures and bathroom shower glass-were badly spotted and did not look like it had been cleaned in a very long time. All of the light fixtures were metal and had rust on them. The can lights in the bathroom were filled with dust and debris. I could not believe this was a Hyatt property. The carpet in the hallway outside the room was stained badly with bleach or some other cleaning product. I know they are doing a major remodel soon, but the rate shouldve been significantly discounted or there shouldve been a warning about the condition of the room. This was the second room because the first room actually had visible large stains on the sofa and carpet. And the rest of the room was in similar condition to the room I ended up in. I was fairly confident that switching to a third room would yield the same result.
