The front desk staff were nice and friendly.
Negatives:
The room had a terrible musty smell. The shower door didn't open/close properly. Overall bathroom facilities were old and disgusting. Lighting was very poor in the room. Temperature was not accurate in the room. It was very cold and damp.
Walls seemed dirty, maybe mold. TV reception was poor. Many channels indicated "no signal". The front door was missing a lock. There is no safe in the room. On one day, there was an emergency communicated by intercom instructing guests to leave room and don't use elevator and go outside in pouring rain. Turns out it was false alarm, but no explanation provided to guests. The hotel has no amenities. The fitness room is very small with few cardio machines that were dirty, and no other equipment. I understand that the hotel is being renovated, but it should be closed. I checked out 2 days early as I could not stay in these conditions.

Way too much construction and horrible inconvenience at many levels. Parking horrendous. No pool and was not disclosed until we got there. High pet fees not disclosed until arrival. No where is fee listed on site.
