Negatives: Terrible drop-off accommodations. It is unusual that Hilton would build a hotel in Florida which lacks a covered check-in location. The day we checked in it was raining and the day we left was raining which made for wet clothes and bags.

Negatives: I prepaid for my stay through Booking.com. When I checked in I was told that the room was not paid for, only reserved and I had to pay a higher amount. In the end I received a refund for the amount charged at check-in. I would much rather not go through the hassle!
