Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

The front desk is open 24 hours a day. South Beach Park is 3.2 from the Fort Lauderdale - Convention Center - Cruise Port - Extended Stay America. Getto, Rude, Honking HORNS, TRAFFIC,, PEOPLE THEY LET STAY AND LIVE THERE ECT........ RIDICULOUS FOR THE PRICE AND THE WAY YOU ARE TREATED AND EVERYTHING STUNK... UNLESS YOU HAVE TO DON'T STAY EVEN... ( WE WILL NEVER BE BACK).

After a 4hour flight delay, due to the weather, the overnight front desk agent was beyond unbelievable. She was sleep & upset when she had to wake up & let us in the hotel to check in. She refused to help me & told me she was going to help the lady behind me 1st. When she helped me she didn’t hve my reservations for a double bed so she gave me a single in a room that was stinky as ever. I will NEVER book her again.
