I like that on arrival checking in I was having an issue, but the front desk, supervisor, accommodating me with my needs on my stay.
Negatives:
I didn’t like when I got to my room a piece of the big wood fell on my foot from the nightstand. I took a picture. I showed the young man and the young lady at the front desk. I thought they was going to make an incident report, but they didn’t was having an issue with my hip. And by the poolside and clean properly the same things was there the day after.

My stay at the Hampton Inn Fort Lauderdale Downtown Las Olas Area had several positive aspects. The staff, for the most part, were friendly and helpful, which made my stay more pleasant. Their professionalism and willingness to assist were greatly appreciated. Additionally, I enjoyed the complimentary coffee provided throughout the day. It was a nice touch that added convenience to my stay.
The breakfast offered was satisfactory. While not extraordinary, it provided a decent start to the day with a reasonable selection of items.
Negatives:
Unfortunately, there were a couple of significant drawbacks during my stay. Firstly, there was a bad smell coming from the air conditioning unit in my room. This made the environment uncomfortable and was quite off-putting.
However, the most troubling aspect of my stay was the check-in process. It was handled by Jason Smith, whose attitude was nothing short of appalling. His arrogance was out of this world, and he managed to make me feel unwelcome and disrespected. I couldn't help but feel that his behavior was influenced by my Romanian citizenship. His demeanor was that of someone who believed they were superior to everyone else. If this is Hilton's idea of hospitality, it raises serious concerns. Thankfully, the rest of the staff were extremely helpful and professional, which somewhat balanced the negative experience. However, Jason Smith's behavior was inexcusable and marred what could have been a pleasant stay.

I like the hotel, is the second time we go over there. The room was good we was in floor 10 , then they changed us to floor 4 because we don't have signal in the TV. But it was ok . The staff was so good we us. The breakfast in the morning was very good..
Negatives:
Well... We stay Wednesday to Sunday. On Friday they cleaning people they didn't clean the room. We don't have clean towels in the room. The bed was mess. On Sunday we left by 300. Am because our flight was by 600 am and we left and we didn't enjoy the breakfast.
