was there for 3 nights was told the 2nd day my room would be cleaned but nothing got done and when I asked the desk, they said everybody had gone home for the day. I need a toilet paper and he said everything was locked up and he gave me a used roll SAD

My room had not been cleaned before I checked in. The pool is freezing, not heated. There was often no staff at the desk. Coffe cups and lids often did not for each other, burned my hand twice. Overall experience was not good. Hard to navigate in the ro

We did not get in until 1am and there was someone at the front desk to check us in.

The hotel did not have a shuttle service to and from the airport. However, it was not their fault, but the agent that helped me book the room was mistaken so I ended up having to Uber at one in the morning and did not like doing that.

The room was very tight..... one of the beds was broken...... my room was not cleaned during my 2 night stay.... shampoo didn't work...... toilet didn't flush properly..... . The night desk person was not helpful. Not happy at all w this visit.

Our room keys were coded incorrectly and it took 15 minutes and a lot of frustration to get into the room. The ice machine on our floor was broken. There was a used washcloth left in the shower and the shampoo and conditioner dispensers were empty.
