Negatives: was there for 3 nights was told the 2nd day my room would be cleaned but nothing got done and when I asked the desk, they said everybody had gone home for the day. I need a toilet paper and he said everything was locked up and he gave me a used roll SAD

Positives: The front desk staff was very friendly both during check-in and check-out.
Negatives: The breakfast was not as good as it usually is at other Hampton I have stayed at. Also the room had kind of a slight musty and dank smell whenever we went in.

Positives: We did not get in until 1am and there was someone at the front desk to check us in.
Negatives: The hotel did not have a shuttle service to and from the airport. However, it was not their fault, but the agent that helped me book the room was mistaken so I ended up having to Uber at one in the morning and did not like doing that.

Negatives: False claim about providing a shuttle. Breakfast was bad. Didn't meet the standards of other locations. Others always provided options of eggs, sausages, bacon, potatoes, and a grill, but here nothing. Almost like someone is stealing from the kitchen.

Positives: The room was very tight..... one of the beds was broken...... my room was not cleaned during my 2 night stay.... shampoo didn't work...... toilet didn't flush properly..... . The night desk person was not helpful. Not happy at all w this visit.

Negatives: Our room keys were coded incorrectly and it took 15 minutes and a lot of frustration to get into the room. The ice machine on our floor was broken. There was a used washcloth left in the shower and the shampoo and conditioner dispensers were empty.
