Good location for the convention center. Easy walk.

The Had to wait forever to check in due to low staffing.Could not find a bellman for our bags. Check in time was 4pm room was not ready until after 4:30. No place to eat or drink between 2-4pm. Called front desk several times with no answer.

They did away w pool side bar.. Wish there was a convenient restaurant for breakfast

The location was great, as it was across the street from the convention center, where we had a two-day event. We didnt have to pay to park and could walk right over.

The hotel resort fee was unnecessary, especially because there were no amenities that were outside of the standard. No room coffee, as they ran out, one hour wait for dinner in the onsite restaurant, parking garage was blocked off.

THE WATERFRONT WAS NICE, AND THE RESTURANT AND BAR WAS NICE, AND THE FOOD AND SERVICE WAS GREAT!

Hotel facing construction zone, toilet leaking out on the bathroom floor from valves on back of toilet , storms also caused flooding on the carpets in hallways making huge puddles of water to walk thru when entering and exiting. Elevators were also down.

Elevators being down was a struggle with carrying luggage. A place to rest for one night but wouldnt have stayed any longer than one night by choice

Roo was not clean. Shower still had spray cleaner all over it. And when I took shower, it smelled so bad of cleaner burned my eyes. TV didn't work & they didn't care.

Was told wed have a water view from our room-not true. The main elevators were down, resulting in long lines and delays with luggage. There were no vending machines to purchase snacks or drinks. Very chaotic getting the shuttle to the cruise terminal.

The people were very nice and were able to get us an early check in.

Was sent to room #2117. Desk person saw me walk opposite direction to elevator. Never said anything. It only went to 12th floor not 21st. Went back to desk and told I was in a condo off to the left. I thought and expected a room with a balcony view.
