It's a small boutique hotel close to the main action of Fort Lauderdale Beach. The restaurant served delicious food. The staff was very friendly and accountable.

The motel style made it a little tough on rainy days. The resort fee was high.

The staff were incredibly kind and were able to accommodate us arriving early. There were a lot of complimentary bonuses included in our stay including beach towels and chairs at the closest beach, a beach bag to use, 2 hour bike rental, and $20 each towards breakfast at the beautiful restaurant right downstairs (which covered our entire meal). The rooftop at sunset had the most gorgeous views and was a perfect place to grab a drink after the beach before walking close by for dinner. The location is perfect for those who do not have a rental car or want to take Ubers!

Positives:
The staff and their service is 10/10. I really appreciate their effort and friendliness. You could take this group to any property and the guests would be satisfied. The restaurant on the property had an excellent breakfast.
Negatives:
Room was unclean. Shower floods the entire bathroom. Vents were molded. Noise level is very high since room doors are on shared walkways that are like echo chambers. No way to purchase simple items like a bottled water or ibuprofentakes a trip to the drug store.

Charming South Florida style hotel with great location close to the beach.Stylish and spacious rooms (we were 2 adults snd two children)
Front staff very friendly and always happy to help!
Valet staff also very service minded and understood that the valet parking was a bit pricey for us (46$ per day) and suggested a few parking spots across the road were we could park for free.
Lovely little play area for children with pingpong table and some others games.
Negatives:
Beds and pillows too soft for me and my husband.
Rooftop pool still under renovation and thus closed.
The other pool area is nice with many sunbeds and a bar but it looked as if it was in need of some proper maintenance (sand and leafs in the pool).

Love the location and the hotel. Much nicer than one of the big thousand room options nearby. Rooms great and so is the bar and the restaurant. The staff are all really friendly and efficient.
Negatives:
The roof top bar was closed for renovations which was a bummer as we had planned to use it and the pool. Otherwise an excellent stay and will stay here again whenever I am in Ft Lauderdale.
