No elevator all vending machines were down and taking everyone’s money. I told staff and they still didn’t put out of service. The first 4 out of 7 days my card wouldn’t work, everytime I left the hotel and come back I had to go to the office to get a key that was atleast 2 times a day. The front lady with the trick country accent was extremely rude. And I still haven’t got my deposit back and it’s been over a month

No washcloths. I had to request washcloths until I just bought washcloths for my stay. They gave all kind of excuses to get washcloths. I said 2 people would be staying & they claim they were washing washcloths i got one washcloth for a 4 day stay for two people. This is a old hotel that's not well kept, carpet not the cleanest, bug dead in one of the beds. Didn't clean the hotel on my stay. I was advised on the 3rd day you need to request cleaning 24 hours prior. They Required $75. Deposit that was told I would get back if no damage done to the room. It was a joke. It took 4 calls to this hotel and one almost one month to get my deposit back. The workers are not friendly at the front desk. I would not stay here again. I would not recommend this hotel. No real healthy whole food breakfast. No fruit. No vegetables. Nothing but junk to kill you sooner.
