They took my deposit saying they had evidence of smoking in the room and I don’t even smoke. I know that’s a lie staff or whoever cleaned the room did a horrible job. Room next door banging on the wall also.

Positives:
We stayed in a beautiful 1 bedroom suite with a washer/dryer, full kitchen, 3 dining areas and two TVs. The IntracoastalI view from the terrace was amazing! The breakfast was standard but was served in their restaurant which had indoor and outdoor seating with water views. Rooms were spacious and I loved that they provided chairs, umbrellas and towels for the beach which is about a 10 minute walk.
Negatives:
There seemed to be some miscommunication between management and housekeeping. I was first assigned a room that wasnt clean then my second room had a sheet on the floor. A housekeeper removed sheet immediately but I often had to ask the front desk multiple times for my garbage to be removed or for extra toiletries. Your best bet is to speak to a housekeeper if you need something. Location is off the beaten path so its not ideal if you dont have a car unless you plan to stay in the area. However, you can walk to some restaurants and get around with the city bus and the Circuit car service if you download the app.
