Convenience and nice location. Clean and friendly staff. Prompt to resolve issues ( my microwave had some issue and it didn't take that long to have it replaced or serviced)

Yes last night after my hotel was already paid I was charged an additional $171. And was given an handicap room. After spoken to representative about the issue it was determined that I was correct. But the hotel didn't correct it

The breakfast was about the best.

Having to check in virtually and not with a real person. He was or seemed to be in a different country definitely from another country. My room was not up to par as I thought it would be for the cost. The tub would not drain while I showered. There were cracks in the ceiling and the hotel was too overbearing with a strong smell of a cleaner, it was way too strong. No real connection to customer care or service.
