Negatives: What I didn’t like about this facility is it’s kind of catfishing where are you look at it and you think oh wow amazing and then you stay there and you’re like oh my God why did I do this to myself? of course I did read the reviews before reserving this hotel so I do got accept partial blame however, when I was looking at the reviews, they were all dated so I can only assume that these problems has since been repaired or fixed, I was wrong. The elevator shakes really bad and makes a loud noise that makes you think it’s about to collapse while you’re in there. I did check and based on the paper it was certified to be in operating conditions but it should be placed in the ghetto and not a hotel. Furthermore the power does turn off every now and again. It was so many things wrong to the point i just took the stairs, which with a bad back this was not something I wanted to do. Another thing my reservation was booked for king size room instead received a double queen which was kind of embarrassing, but I got over it quickly because you know it is what it is and I was already in a room and by that point, I was just too tired to go back downstairs to argue about the reservation. Also, the room prices were the same so I just let it go, however what I can’t let go is how filthy the room was. I mean there is stains on the sheets and it smells so musty and moldy and there is like every time I walked in it was hard to breathe. I do understand that this is a pet friendly facility however I would wish that it was better directed that maybe we assigned rooms to wear animals can sleep and then maybe we assigned room for people who may have allergies. guess I sneezing all over the place and coughing and just simply had to leave due to the fact that they could not breathe in the atmosphere of the room. The pool also had a very dingy undertone so I did not get into it it just did not seem safe in terms of CDC standards.

Negatives: I didn’t like people smoking close to the entrance.

Negatives: The staff

Negatives: I had one situation involving a housekeeper walking into my room as I was in the bathroom. I had the door latched on the door and she was able to open it. When she opened the bathroom door I was standing there naked and she screamed and turned to leave as fast as possible. I'm not mad or even embarrassed and I'm definitely not trying to get her into any kind of trouble. I'm concerned about how she feels about the situation and I'm sorry that it happened. I had the door latched so I never expected anyone to get in. This may need to be checked by maintenance. This was the only thing that wasn't AAA+ about my stay and I'll definitely come back if I'm in town.
