Paid for the room and didn't even stay and got no refund after management said we would get a full refund because we did not stay they would not let us due to we had a service animal will never go back to that hotel very run down not worth the price

Positives:
Was hesitant about booking due to it's rating but it seem to fit our budget and pets allowed at $25/day.
We had a great experience and now wonder why the rating is so low. The room was clean, comfy, and it had a coffee maker PLUS a fridge that froze our water bottles perfectly overnight. Breakfast was simple but had more offered more than I expected like fruit, pastries, yogurt, power bars, large muffins and of course, coffee/tea.
Negatives:
It's not that I didn't like, it was more of my preference. The bed was softer than I like, I have a firm mattress at home.
