The front desk girl was horribly rude.. she she couldnt find my reservation online and said I can rebook but at a higher price so I ended up not staying and booking somewhere else

Damp towels-they wouldnt replace them. Claimed they didnt have any. Dirty towel in the bathroom. Toilet paper was used by someone since it was in disarray. Door didnt seal. Door wouldnt lock. No ice. They claimed the ice machine was broken, etc.
