No hot water, front desk clerk had a I don?t care attitude no plug for the bathtub and coffee pot didn?t work

It had no sprinklers in the room..they closed at a certain and didn't come back in till the next morning..when somebody needs to be there at all times..if you needed anything you had to wait till the next morning

Double charged for the one night stay, paint chipping off the walls, walls dirty, bathroom door didn't close, walls were so thin we were kept up until 4 am by the people in the next room, the building looks like it is falling apart, no breakfast like stated.

Bugs. The cat pee smell. How dingy it was. Rooms are TINY. No space. We turned the heater on and it smelled like cat pee. just killed a bug in the floor. Were checking out. Also there was a two inch crack under th door to the outside. And the lamp was broken
