Loved our stay at this property! The location was perfect - just a short walk to the beach. The room was HUGE and beautifully decorated, and everything was spotless clean.

Unfortunately, it wasn't what I expected. First, it was a trip for my son's birthday and they gave me a room where I least expected it even though I had made a request during the reservation. One of the rooms didn't have a telephone to communicate with and the cleaning wasn't the best either. On Saturday, my family got trapped in one of the elevators and it took half an hour for them to come and assist them. And after that, no one even apologized or anything. A totally bad experience.
