The location was great; in proximity to many dining and shopping options and only about two hotels over from Margaritaville and all of the entertainment there.
Negatives:
The pool was randomly shut down until further notice for construction when we got there, and I wish we had known that so we could have gone somewhere else with a pool, especially since the resort fee includes the pool. They also only have a rooftop bar/restaurant, so when it rains, it all shuts down and there is not any room service or food you can order.

The room was clean and well furnished.
Negatives:
The pool and the only restaurant (apparently) was closed. I would have canceled my reservation if I’d known the pool was going to be closed, but wasn’t notified. Also, I upgraded my room to a “beachfront” view. The view was severely lacking and the hotel could not/would not relocate us to a room with as better view. That advertising was deceptive.

The property was almost on the beach, but not really. You had to take a walk to get to the beach from our room.

When we pulled up, there was a crazy lady yelling at the staff and they didn’t even have security remove her. They just allowed her to continuously put all the other customers in an uncomfortable situation.

Pool was closed entire time, both ice machines in north tower were not working. Several wall outlets in room did not work, TVs in room took 10 minutes to start working because they had to scan for the channels each time they were turned on, north tower elevator was not working for part of the day.
