Positives: I love everything about this hotel. I call it my hidden treasure. I have stayed here several times. The rooms are spacious and I love the ocean view and the roof top pool.
Negatives: I didn't get a beachview. The living room was not that spacious. I also left a pair of jeans in the dryer called them shortly after and no jeans. I know for a fact I left them there. The young lady I initially spoke to assured me they would check and call me back. Never received a call back. I called again and the young lady was rude and nonchalant. I left a message for the Mgr and I still haven't heard back from anyone!!! I stayed there Mother's day weekend.

Positives: Location to beach, boardwalk, and a ton of restaurants.
Negatives: Pool and jacuzzi were under construction and this was not communicated before booking on their website or booking.com. Says they have in room delivery service but they do not.

Positives: Clean, very large suites at a good price.
Negatives: We were not made aware the hotel pool would be closed for renovations until the day we arrived, and was told by another guest, not the hotel. We were disappointed the hotel did not provide a discount or other pool accommodations despite not communicating the pool would be closed at the time of booking.
