Cancellation Policy

If you do not check in to the hotel on the first day of your reservation and do not alert the hotel in advance, the hotel reserves the right to cancel your reservation and you may be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 3 days prior to arrival date will incur the full period charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given (Property policy).

Photo Policy

The reservation holder must present a valid photo ID and credit card at check-in. The credit card is required for any additional hotel specific service fees or incidental charges or fees that may be charged by the hotel to the customer at checkout. These #START_PHOTO#charges#END_PHOTO# may be mandatory (e.g., resort fees) or optional (parking, phone calls or minibar charges) and are not included in the room rate.

This is a 100% nonsmoking property. The penalty of $250 applies for smoking on-site and will be charged to the guest's card on file. Pets are welcome. The weight limit is 25 lbs and an additional $250 pet incidentals deposit (per pet) is required upon check-in. The deposit will be refunded upon successful room inspection. Pets must be accompanied and leashed at all times.

Cancellation Policy

Good news! Before Monday, Dec 9th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you may cancel your reservation for a full refund. Between Monday, Dec 9th, 2024 at midnight and Thursday, Dec 12th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation between Dec 9 and Dec 12, you will still be charged for the full amount. After Thursday, Dec 12th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Dec 12, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Mandatory Fee Policy

This hotel charges an additional USD 115.92. This fee will be charged to you directly by the hotel. Resort fees are not optional and typically cover items such as energy charges or safe fees. The amount of the charge is subject to change.
