Negatives: Toilet/Bathroom issues with the flushing. Remote Control volume did not work. No room service on Saturday

Negatives: Unpleasant Stay - Would Not Recommend I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. From the moment we checked in, the experience was far from welcoming. The staff member who greeted us was unfriendly, clearly uninterested in helping, which made our arrival after a long journey even more frustrating. The overall atmosphere of the hotel felt unsafe, particularly at night. The hallways were often occupied by groups of men smoking marijuana, creating a heavy and uncomfortable environment. The room itself was in poor condition. It had an unpleasant odor, like stale cigarette smoke, and the floors were sticky. The microwave was filthy, with food splattered on the walls and ceiling, leaving a disgusting smell like spoiled food. It was clear that cleanliness was not a priority here. While there were some staff members who were kind, the overall experience was overshadowed by those who seemed indifferent or even hostile towards guests. The only redeeming factor was the breakfast, which was decent, but not enough to make up for the numerous issues. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable or safe stay, especially if you are traveling with family.

Negatives: Our room was hot. Floors were dirty. Room didn’t have an operable remote. Had to wait 15 minutes for a specific employee to unlock pool gate as it was stuck. No pool towels in room. Had to get from guest services that had only 4 for the whole hotel. The outside appearance is a bit off looking. There were 5 cockroaches killed in our room in disgust. Elevator got stuck several times at opening or going down or up. Not fully controllable to hotel maybe, but someone was smoking non-stop close to our room and ventilation kept sucking the smell into our room and stinking it up. Thought it’d be better for the price.

Negatives: Small bathroom. Every time we shower there was a lot of water outside the shower area. Bathroom was clean, not sparkly clean, it could use some more love.

Negatives: The bed and bed linen smelled really bad . We wanted to leave but it was 1030 at night when we checked in so we left early the next day. I did mention it to the staff member that checked us out.

Negatives: Breakfast space and variety could be better, and the floor room was a kind dirty

Negatives: The staff that checks us in was rude, disrespectful, and out of line. Their toilet in my room was broken. I have to request a plunger for the toilet my first night. The toilet was shaking, I had to tell them to find someone to fix the shaking toilet.

Negatives: Desk clerk was rude, just terrible

Negatives: Right by road very noisy. Not clear about instructions for airport pickup. Called before and they said 15 pp and to call when you got luggage. When my Daughter call it was a minimum of 30 and had to make prior paid reservation so she had to uber
