What we liked the most about this Courtyard Hotel was the location, the cleanliness of the hotel and the pet friendly environment. We also liked the convenience of the "Bistro" in the lobby, even though the prices were rather high.
Negatives:
The thing we least liked about this hotel was the "parking fee" added to the charges at check out. We don't recall being told about this upon check in. Also the bath towels and wash cloths have seen better days and should be replaced with new ones.

The lady that checked us in was in need of a attitude adjustment basic knowledge of the area is not too much to ask for a concierge desk but at the very least making up a lame excuse why you dont know is silly

We loved the lobby Bistro. Cody was friendly and remembered our drinks from day to day. Grilled cheese sandwich and tomato soup were comfort foods, just like mom used to make. Desk staff was welcoming, informative and professional.
Negatives:
More kitchen staff was needed to prepare individual breakfasts for a youth soccer team. The woman in the kitchen was in tears with 20+ orders and a tight time limit. Perhaps, just offer buffet style next time. The kids will survive and excellent Vus service, maintained.

The only thing they need is to get a real bartender. The simple syrup was expired and the drink he made I paid for, but it was terrible. We did not even drink it when we asked him about it he said thats the way the drink is and you have to pay for it when I have drank that drink all my life. I told him there was something wrong. He did not want to hear it.
