The worst front desk female I've ever dealt with. I can't get into the details here but this one was shockingly horrible and just disturbing.
The police were called if that tells you anything. They were also baffled.

The hotel facilities are terrifyingly dirty, the “white” towels are so dingy that they look dirty, the bathtub looks dirty and has an unpleasant smell, it literally disgusted me to sleep there.

Absolutely Terrible Experience
Positives:
The breakfast sucked so we only ate it one day it took six hours to get towels. The pool broke the elevator broke and we’re on the third floor and I have COPD and Pima and it was very tough for me to get up and downstairs and we already changed room, so what is a good change another one

Better customer service the people at the front are the weirdest people I’ve ever met in my entire life not friendly, not alone not nothing just do whatever they have to do and you move on any problems you have they act like they don’t solve them at any point

The room was very unclean. The bed was made and all but the bathroom was disgusting. I had to ask for cleaning products for to clean the bathroom. The manager was very understanding. I couldn’t stay at all. I checked out the same day I checked in and went to stay at another hotel.
