Positives: CHECKIN WAS QUICK AND EASY AND THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AT CHECKIN. THE ROOM WAS SPACIOUS AND VERY CLEAN.

Negatives: THEY WERE REMODELING SO WE DIDN'T HAVE ICE ON OUR FLOOR. THERE WAS ALOT OF PAINTING AND THINGS GOING ON IN THE BUILDING. I WAS HAPPY TO SEE THEM KEEPING THE BUILDING UP IT JUST WAS A LITTLE INCONVENIENT.

Negatives: $12 parking for one night when other hotels in Jacksonville have free parking. You will not find out till you check in and then is too late. The room was clean but old and very used. Bathroom OK. Breakfast was very poor. Remodeling some areas.

Positives: The best thing about the property was the location

Negatives: The room we had smelled like feet, when trying to take a shower the tub got clogged no one never fixed it the whole time we were there so we had to wash up in the shower. The construction crew had items everywhere including outside in the parking lot, when trying to park or leave we had to wait several minutes until they decided to move there items from the parking lot street. Housekeeping never came to refresh the room, overall I wish I could be refunded since I could barely take a shower or bath.
