Air conditioner did not work properly and was very loud. Bath tub did nor drain properly and backed up when shower was used. Floors were very dirty. Garbage can dirty and mildewed under garbage bag. Roomed had musty odor.

Nothing this was a disaster nasty cigarette burn all over the bed and linen I mean a lot of cigarette burn you had to take the linen off the bed and then you scared to sleep on the mattress from bed bugs I checked out in 30 minutes which they wouldn't give me a refund this was one of my worst experience I ever had in my life

Everything from the staff to them taking my money, nasty motel I ever seen ,sicking.. carpet in the building looks like dirty trash..I will never book thought booking.com no more..I couldn't get my refund back after being there 30mins
