Positives: Hotel was closed and under remodel/ construction. Had gates around and pad locks placed on gates blocking entrance. I was mad due to having to spend more on a hotel and this hotel never gave me the update that it was closed for business.Definitely unhappy
Negatives: Bad experience, no communication. Horrible that I had to pay more to stay at another hotel. Not cool la quinta.

Positives: Nothing! Hotel was closed with fences in all entries. We arrived at 3:30 am expecting for somebody to greet us as these hotels are 24/7. Unfortunately, hotel was closed! How did I get this booking in the first place?
Negatives: I hated the fact that the hotel was closed and still taking reservations. Fences all over and a front desk lady from other hotel said the hotels have been closed for months. How did I get a reservation here?

Positives: The Hotel was closed and under renovation when we arrived. Although it took about 1 1/2 hours got to be relocated the end result was we got a suitable replacement.
Negatives: The Hotel was closed and under renovation when we arrived and had been for more than a month I suppose. However we were directed to this hotel after we book the five day stay.

Positives: Did not get inside the hotel. It was closed for construction.
Negatives: Upon arrival, entrances to parking lot were gated & locked. Someone happened to arrive and informed us that hotel has been under construction for a year. Why were we able to book a hotel that wasn't open for business?

Negatives: Supposedly Some idiot fired a pistol in the hotel and set off the sprinkler system and ruined everything and the hotel needed renovated. My reservation was canceled and I had to scramble for another pet friendly hotel , which cost me $400 more. I will give them one more chance, but after than that, I will stay elsewhere. I travel there 4 times a year

Positives: The front desk staff were very friendly.
Negatives: The front desk help was very friendly but the new management was rude and had my car towed after I got permission to leave it to attend my mother and cousin funerals. I was upset that I had to pay money to get my car back, after having enough expense to attend both funerals. I will not be staying at this hotel anymore.
