Positives: Breakfast was ok if you were able to get food before it ran out. There is no gluten free items. They were out of some of the juice, waffle mix was gone before 8:30, only scrambled eggs & sausage or cereal & some baked goods. Saw cigerette butt's by elevator doors, smelled like weed in elevator & hallway on 3rd floor. Bed linen was not right size for the beds. Shower bar falling off the wall. Cold water faucet on vanity very hard to turn on. Killed a roach on top of fridge & a bug on the floor. No extra blankets or a couch in the room to sit. Got bit up with ants when loading up my vehicle in the front parking lot. Should rename this place to No Quality Inn. Front desk couldn't answer questions & didn't seem to care. Supposed to be someone 24/7 yet no one was there when we arrived & a few other times. Cleaning crew was very helpful to our needs & ladies serving food & drinks. Also was a towel shoved behind the toilet on the floor for a leak, maybe? Hotel had a foul smell & had trash bins over flowing in the halls. Sorry to give such a low rating, but I would not recommend to anyone to stay here.

Negatives: Everything needed attention from the staff to the cleanliness in this hotel. Exterminator & better air quality is recommended along with better bedding.
