Was dirty, smelled terrible in the room. 1st room I checked into hadn’t even been cleaned, second room had a rank smell. Got woken up twice at 2am and again at 2:30 by someone beating on the door and throwing a 2 liter of Pepsi at the window. Horrible experience.

Positives:
The staff were all very friendly and helpful. It was quiet in spite of being rather full and facing I-295.
Negatives:
The room wasn't very clean, the carpet had many stains, the TV remote was really gross and unclean, the mopped floors were sticky all around the hotel. No coffee in the rooms or lobby and the breakfast started too late for me to utilize. I never had housekeeping in my 4-night stay, not even to take trash and refresh the towels. Is there no housekeeping?

The breakfast wasn't as good as it usually is when we stay here... I like the area because it's always peaceful. My children are always in the pool and never have had problems with their safety at all.
Negatives:
The breakfast, the cleanliness of my mother in law and my daughters room, their room also was missing the shower curtain and the floor was so dirty it had their feet black... Also we reserved our rooms on booking.com but when we arrived they said they couldn't find our reservations so we ended up paying way more than what we expected.

There was nothing I liked about this hotel.
Negatives:
This was the filthiest hotel I've ever seen. I checked out the following morning, told the front desk why, and asked for a refund. She said she would refund 20% because "you stayed the night". I checked in after 9pm , went to bed, and woke up to rowdy neighbors after 11pm. At that point I walked through the room in my bare feet and realized how disgusting the floors really were. In order to get back into the bed I dampened the shower floor mat and wiped my feet off before getting in the bed. Photo of that mat.
I used a wash cloth to wipe one little area on the floor 10 inches by 10 inches - there's a photo of that as well. And a photo of shoe prints in the floor scum. 10 out of 10 wouldn't recommend. Now I'm planning to contact corporate to try to get the other 80% the manager insisted I pay for the dirtiest room.

We were locked out because the door lock did not work and had to wait until next day for the management call a maintenance guy in spite we informed them that my husband was diabetic and he needed insulin and it was in the room.

The rooms were horrible, door lock was broken, blood all over the inside of the door. Boot print on door. Break in marks on the outside of door. Food left in the microwave from previous guest! Horrible experience!!!!!
