We had a few issues with the room. The first thing was having to pay extra for a separated room. They charge you basically for 2 rooms just to have the suite separated where at most hotels its one room price. Also our tv remote did not work so the volume on the tv was SUPER loud and couldnt be used. Engineering came to look at it and basically said they couldnt fix it. There was no fan inside the bathroom which I thought most hotel rooms come with since it gets super steamy in the bathroom and its already hot and humid in Florida

The room was nice clean comfortable. Free breakfast was great! Mayo Clinic shuttle services were free. Nice sitting areas indoor and especially outdoor.
Negatives:
Maybe start breakfast at 6 am vs 6:30. Otherwise everything was great. No complaints!
