Very good
Positives:
Restaurant service was slow, sent back soup.
It was lukewarm to cold. Took 10 min + to get it back.
By then husband was almost done with his burger.
Negatives:
Left an item behind ( yeti bag) we did the label thing to get it back.
We had to call back after a few days and found out bag had not been sent out yet.
Did receive it eventually. Took longer than expected considering we are only 6 hrs away.
