Negatives: They’re fraud. They overcharge you.

Negatives: Walkable to downtown, but the shuttle was a nice plus!

Negatives: Consider space when booking accommodations as the room was a little tight for 3 people, but other rooms were larger.

Negatives: Nothing

Negatives: The shower did not have enough pressure, washroom is claustrophobic because it’s too small. The pool was super cold at the time of our stay Dec 28-30 (but advertised as warm) and the poolside snacks, smoothies and popsicles were nonexistent. None of the staff actively offer anything at the poolside. You have to find someone to ask for beach towel or if you need anything else. I personally think that if you’re paying a high resort fee compared to other hotels, you would expect excellent amenities and services but it was such a rip off. The front desk staff John received us but the hotel doesn’t feel welcoming at all. It felt like they don’t want you there. If we’re paying $1200+ for 2 nights, of course we expect the best customer experience. We informed the lobby that we will extend until 2pm because my partner who’s supposed to drive back to Miami is hungover and didn’t feel safe to hit the road but every hour someone knocks to ask when we are leaving. We needed sleep and it was honestly annoying. We ended up checking out at 3pm and paid $250 (half-day rate) which we are ok to pay with in the first place just so we could get enough rest but we kept getting disturbed. I wish we just left early or went to a cheaper inn instead because it wasn’t worth it. Their rooms are like motels anyway. I want to love this place but it’s just difficult based on our experience.

Negatives: No privacy on the ground floor rooms Could not use the pool as the heater was broken and water was cold Found choices limited to outside truck food!

Negatives: They have a wonderful shuttle into Key West, loved it, just wish it ran a little longer than 10:30pm. Not complaining, so happy for this service.

Negatives: Loud music until late night , pool is not heated so couldnt use it

Negatives: No hook in the bathroom. I don’t like setting my clean towel and clothes on the toilet.
