Positives:
Proximity to some very nice restaurants
Negatives:
The hotel offered nothing more than a bed, tv and bathroom. No coffee pot, air conditioner was in the wall and very loud, blinds on windows required each blind to be flipped individually. While it was nice that the Ernest Hemingway house was across the street, however, the property was rented out for functions which had very loud music at night. Maybe not a bad thing but would have been nice to know prior to booking.

Michael at the bar was extremely pleasant and nice great guy.

the room was not as clean as you would expect it to be, housekeeping service was not good. front desk greeter was horrible, terrible attitude and rude.

Not worth the amount of money you pay to stay at a Kimpton, would not go back even for a free stay.

limited to no parking, size of room was incredibly small, positioning of a/c unit directly in front of bed made for sore throats in the morning. Lack of lighting in the bathroom when taking a shower. Wayy overpriced for what it was worth!

The location could not be any better for someone visiting Key West breakfast was great.

The pool bar hours could be extended.
