I traveled 13 hours away. I paid for a four bedroom. It wasnt until I arrived at the facility that I was told the AC unit have went out. They told me they would place me back into the four bedroom the following day. very inconsiderate of my itinerary, because I wasnt able to work off their time they didnt allow me to get the four bedroom that I originally paid for, for my family and myself. The staff were very unprofessional and rude and very dismissive. The home was not cleaned properly.

The staff. The cleanliness of the room. Our mattresses were discusting and instead of getting new ones, they were just flipped over but they werent flippantly mattresses so people were sleeping on the bottom, which is directly on the springs. My mother in-law and brother had horrible back pain due to this and it ruined our trip. We left early and were refunded the rest of our stay.

The town homes are beautiful spacious private enough if its just a quick visit. Comfortable.
Negatives:
Had the pleasure of seeing two rooms. The first I had no control over ac however lake view and end of the block of homes which is nice. The second property had a small private pool which we had made use of however it was probably the smallest one they have. There were more neighbors on this side but they room layout and overall set up was better in the second condo. Tv remotes were tricky didnt work well our tv options were stuck after a few hours. The pool was nice the food at the restaurant not so much
