We forget our night suite in the bathroom since they had to change out rooms because of bad smell , we never got our night suite back as house keeping said they never find it

First night had multiple spider bites. Second night had a fire alarm go off and had to evacuate the room for around and hour. Lost a lot of sleep. Was offered no discounts or no compensation for either of these extreme inconveniences. Lost major sleep
