Located 7.9 mi from Walt Disney World, Omni Orlando Resort features 3 year-round outdoor pools, including a lazy river, family pool with water slide, wave pool and adult pool with cabanas. Negatives: Terrible staff; rude, not helpful. The staff seems over worked and under paid. Very rude at the restaurants on the resort. Just eat out and don’t interact with the staff if you can help it. I’ll never stay here again
