Staff was rude when checking in. Had to rebook as my original booking was canceled as I didn't arive the night before due to delays. A courtesy call/text to tell me my booking would be canceled would've sufficed. And of course the new booking was extra, so good on them for making a couple extra bucks off my back. Once in the room the shower had 1 setting...hurricane force winds. Just enough pressure to leave the floors wet when coming out of the shower.

Positives:
Hotel amenities are nice. Very nice pools, plenty of options. Rooms could use some upgrades and better lighting but overall good. Room was clean and staff was all very friendly and professional. I would recommend this hotel. Nice location.
