The staff was absolutely amazing. Everyone from the front desk to housekeeping were so nice and accommodating. The beds were very comfortable. Let me mention the pool, we spent an entire day at the pool. One is a huge kidney shaped pool with restrooms and a restaurant right on site. The other pool opens at noon. It has a huge slide and a lazy river. It is a great place to stay. I would stay there again. Close to Disney, shopping, eateries, everything.
Negatives:
The only drawback I found was that it needs updating very badly. The carpet leading down to the room was nasty and needs to be replaced. The carpeting in the room was ok with the usual wear and tear.

The rooms chairs are disgusting and needs to be cleaned it had white spots …… they never had luggage carts until the last day and the also charged a $120 deposit and didn’t say anything about it on the website or through booking.com
