The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The in-house restaurants had good food.
Negatives:
Management should have paid attention to the weather reports, noting that a large part of the west coast of central Florida was under mandatory evacuation orders. They should have scheduled more help to check people in and housekeeping to clean rooms. A total of 5 hours to check in because rooms were not ready is ridiculous. I understand Tuesday, October 8th, 2024 was not a normal day, but I think Management could have done a much better job of scheduling.

Not telling us when they give bill in resturant that they took 18% out for tip and then another is given.. i dont mind if you was good to me but its good to know as well... remove the people from property who didnt pick up their dog bowel movement and dont allow back you can tell this property is tooken care of why allow visitors to mess that up.. but overall i will recommend to others!!!

The over 3 hour wait to check in at the front desk and not willing to give me a refund on the cancellation fee I had to cancel because there is a hurricane and I have to move things from my house in lakeland to any hotel in kissimmee that is able to check us in the fastest. I should've listened to reviews and not came to this hotel. Terrible people.
