Negatives: location, clientelle, no heated pool, coffee maker outside downstairs in a very grungy area, no coffee stocked, . Bedspread was like a table cloth, no hairdryer or fan in bathroom. No heat to turn on. Price for this hotel is overpriced. More like a motel 6 on aurora in Seattle feel.
