The outside of the building was very nice. The waffles were great. My room was one which had begun to be renovated. The staff were friendly. The bed was very comfortable.
Negatives:
The floor of my tub was filled with dried up paint and had little pieces of particles stuck in there. I asked twice over my 5 night stay for it to be cleaned but with no results. I decided to put down a bath mat in the tub to stand on, so I wouldn't have to stand in the grossness. The hallways were very dirty and smelly. I killed 10 bugs in my room during my stay. Yes, I did keep count.

The smell was awful. Found out that there are permanent guest living on the first floor near the washing machines with pets. It was under renovations so it was messy. The breakfast that they advertise for free was a huge disappointment. Go eat out instead

No chair in room. Thin blanket for bed, blanket was not on the bed, on a shelf. No bedspread.
Controls for shower worked exactly opposite what was displayed. BARELY warm water for shower.
With 2 exceptions (wish I knew their names) staff was very unfriendly.

Was told under renovation but looked like bomb went off, no coffee maker and was told not furnished, no blankets on bed or chair. More paint on floor than walls, furniture had dust all over it, smoke detector taken out illegal,breaskest a joke unsatisfie
