Negatives: Everything else

Negatives: You don't have the room, but here goes. The night that we stayed (first one) we decided to book 8 more days. My wife found the cheapest price on another booking sight,. It was bought and paid for and we got a confirmation number, during the first night, for the next 8 days. I had to be to work by 9, when I left it was 8:30, and desk was still closed. I got a frantic call from my wife around 10:45-10:55 that the Hotel staff was set to throw her and all our stuff out if she didn't do it by 11. My wife tried showing them the confirmation info, that we had already paid for the next 8 days. Staff replied, "you just wasted 4 minutes, now you have 10 minutes to get out" She was told at least three different times to check out unless I made it there by 11 with my I.D. Don't forget that we had both turned over our I.d.s and it was recorded by their data entry. Staff was demanding, and dead set on their course of action. There wasn't one attempt by employees to try to alleviate the situation, or find a solution to what should never have been a problem. My wife loaded all our stuff onto one of those carts and stood with it in the small lobby. When it turned 11am my wife was already coming down the hall to the elevator, when staff arrived to enforce their rules. I had to leave work and come back to the hotel with my ID. With a wife with tears in her eyes standing with all our stuff in the lobby. Embarrassed, and basically faced a full on super quick forced eviction.(It was assumed from the tone and words of the staff, that police would be called if she didn't get out by 11). Then came the pièce de résistance. Staff slapped on a $35 late fee for supposedly not being out by 11. It is by an enormous margin, the worst experience I've had at any hotel in America, or Europe. It really can't get worse than that unless they physically assaulted you. This cannot have been the first time this has happened.

Negatives: Poor service, facilities not maintained properly, and poor customer service and support!!

Negatives: Not maintained…. Trash everywhere and people constantly roaming the hall and parking lot. Very noisy unable to rest due to noisy guests and no staff to assist with this problem.

Negatives: From the staff to the property this place need to closedown the elevator was extremely stink all the rooms smells like fresh smoke then upon checking for them to tell you that if you smoke in the room they will charge you $300 bucks when it’s already smell like so. And the attitude with these people in the front lobby is behind me if you don’t like the job quit because you are working with people. My only question is when was the last time the elevator really clean? Because the front lobby and the elevator is the face of the business if those two already leave a bad taste in your mouth whoever it is will not enjoy their stay.
