Negatives: Old dingy hotel. Not great facilities. Too expensive for quality of accommodations.

Negatives: The walls were not clean in the bathroom

Negatives: Room was dirty. Toilet didn’t work. Room smelled mild dewy, come to find out it’s due to the toilet overflowing and not getting aired out properly.

Negatives: Pool was green, breakfast was advertised but not available when I arrived and the tv was broken.

Negatives: This hotel is beyond run down! The pool was filled with green slimy water filler with mosquito larva. The room was absolutely filthy! The booking.com app stated a few rooms left. They charged $i229. Well, was a ghost town! The chair had bodily fluid stains where you sit. The lamp was from the 70’s and severely rusted. All the door hinges were rusted as well. The smoke alarm was chirping loudly. The room smelled musty and moldy. It wouldn’t take much force to push the door down. The tub had dark fungus on the bottom at the base of the tub. The toilet had black streaks in it. The night stand was broken. The bedding was not clean and felt stiff and the bedspread was extremely old with a 70’s print. I spent enough time in the room take photos and went to the front desk. I told them I wanted a room that looked like the ones displayed on booking.com. He said he didn’t know where they got those photos. He showed me another room with was equally as disgusting. You could feel grime on the floor as I took each step. I cancelled and left. I stayed in Madison at Best Western. I’m still waiting for a refund. This was false advertisement! Let me add the front desk attendant was sitting out front smoking a cigarette when I arrived. When I left, the other person there who was a maintenance manager apologized for the condition of the place. I will reach out to the Health Department in that area on Monday morning. This was the worse experience ever! Booking.com needs to verify the condition of places before posting them as options. The price was outrageous, $20 a night would have been generous for a desperate person who didn’t mind risking their health staying in a place or compromising their safety.

Negatives: Chose this location for the continental breakfast - which consisted of a mystery bar in a silver package and orange juice- REALLY????

Negatives: Fridge was leaking, mold in ice area, limited towels & rags, door latch broke, no tub or sink stopper, & floor dirty.
