The customer service was unprofessional. The lady who checked us in was super rude and could tell she did not want to be there. If you are unhappy with your job, go find another one. But don't take it out on your guest. Also, the next morning, we got up to have a cup of coffee and I understand it was early we are early coffee people we were met by more rude people who kept saying breakfast doesn't start till 6:30 when all we wanted was some coffee and to be able to sit around and talk to family we haven't seen in a long time. It's not like we were asking for food. We just wanted some coffee and enjoy conversation with family. After the kitchen staff made a big deal about coffee we went to Dunkin and when we came back before 6:30 there were people eating . Hey, I know it was early 5:45-6, and coffee is the most basic of things, but we won't ever stay again just because being kind is FREE!!!! There was no need for any of that at all.

The pool closes to early , we arrived at 7:30 an by time we checked in an got suits on the pool was closed, it was posted at hotel but not on line it closed that early , after bike riding all day a dip an hot tub is nice

I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of this hotel. The staff was on top of everything, even the elevator was cleaned when we used it in the morning after our first night. We walked into our room after checkin and was also pleasantly surprised that it actually smelled good and not that musty smell you get sometimes. The front desk staff were accommodating and very friendly. The pool area was also very clean, as was the pool. The location was great, as we were there for bike fest and it wasnt far from downtown. I would say my only complaint was the continental breakfast. It wasnt hot because they didnt light the sternos under the pans. Im sure it was hot when they first put it out but we went a little late to breakfast. But you could make your own waffles that would be hot. I had the eggs and homefries. Other than that, everything was great and I would definitely stay there again.
